Fans looking forward to witnessing Punjabi super star Diljit Dosanjh in a live performance in Delhi may want to put off their plans, as the opening leg of Aura India Tour of the Punjabi star remains uncertain. According to media reports, the Delhi Police has refused to give any sort of security clearance to the star’s highly anticipated concert, which is scheduled on October 30 at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. The reason behind such a decision, as stated by police authorities, is the intelligence report regarding security threats and also the amount of security cover that the concert demands due to the festival season that has begun. It remains unclear at present whether the concert will be postponed, cancelled or moved to some other venue; as far as the event organizing party is concerned, it includes BookMyShow.
